LOLLYWOOD comes to Touchstones in Rochdale where an exhibition is being held of bright billboard posters representing Pakistan's film industry.

Featuring paintings by artist Cheeko Sahib from Lahore, his work is scaled-down as in the versions of the billboard paintings used to promote Lollywood films.

Cheeko has been painting billboards for Pakistani cinema since the 1950s. He works from film stills and his imagination, bringing to life the characters of the film.

The exhibition will take place between 21 Jan - 19 March.
