Quran has promised pure wives for those who will enter pardise. Hoors have been mentioned in the Quran as females. I do not want to say about how it would relate to women entering pardise before checking the authenticity of it.

Whatever we know about Akhirah is only what we have been informed about. There remains a lot of untold information, icluding hoors description, gender (if other than female)...

rite bazi, we accepted things as we were told. he hardly questioned about it and if we did, we were told, "you don't believe in it..."

Ofcourse, to teach is to learn twice. we need to know before we could teach others. There are explanations of Hoorul-ain from ahadeeth and interpretations of Quranic ayat. I just didn't want to say my opinion on such subjects. I will try to get authentic answers for you. I am searching and if someone else could find something, please post it.

Men will keep these wives as well as getting Hoor! These women will have more power coz weneva they think of you , u will go to them instantly!
A normal man is promised as less as 70 Hoor!

First of all HOOR are only women ( it's a feminine word)- listen to translation of Qur'an and read Hadith to get better understanding.As men are allowed more than 1 wife in this world, getting Hoor in the next world makes sense. If in this world a woman has more than 1 man in her life she is called bad names so how can women have any man other than their hsuband in Jannat! as far as i know naik women will not be in the shape of Hoor. Human naik women are different and Hoor of Jannat are different.
Naik women in Jannat will get more beauty than Hoor and so will be identified as Queens of their castles, and are loved by Allah more.
Hoor are Allah's rewards and Allah has mentioned this reward in his holy book of Quran then it means it's not wrong for people to be good for these rewards as everyone wants Heaven and escape from Hell. Everyone thinks and thus does actions watever level they are! Allah knowing best as he knows All and he will be the Judge on the judgement day!

Not knowing what you will get in Jannat is lack of knowledge so read around the subject!

Surah 55 discusses the presence of "húr." They have most commonly been considered to be Houris -- beautiful virgins: 55:70: "In them will be fair [Maidens], good, beautiful."
55:72: "Maidens restrained [as to their glances], in [goodly] pavilions."
55:74: "Whom no man or Jinn before them has touched."
56:34-37: "And [with them will be their] spouses, raised high; for behold, We shall have brought them into being in a life renewed, having resurrected them as virgins, full of love, well matched to those who have attained to righteousness"
