3 reasons...that's nice, i got good solid 3 reasons...here it is


1. i'm on the forum most of the time, cuz i'm on vacations till jan 23 04...so i can give alot of time on this forum

2. i've been to alot of forums, and i had my own forum "STORIES AND FUN" so i know how to run it and how to be fair...n be polite

3. And the last thing is, that i'm a very helpful person... (dosto mujhe tum dekhlo, mein number EK hoon koi kaam ho, tez hoon barda smart hoon, mein phir bhi nek hoon ye tum bhi kaho)

Well I have some suggestion for making someone a MAD opps i meant MOD

1. How long have been the person member of JB.

2. How much have that person contributed to JB that would be the number of posts in this case.

3. general attitude and commitment of the said person.

Well So these 3 principles looks good to me for someone to be a mod.

So According to that formula if accepted these people should be MODs if they want to: So if someone dont want to be MAD then u can go down the list and lets other have a try. Some of them are already mods or admins , so they should keep it if they are in this list.
My Humble suggestion will be any one from JoJi , FFM, FnF, Cute gal, Sweetie, LHK and sure Mani.
