how to motivate urself for half an hour jogging + some exercise
(twice a week,,, its enuff eh??)

woh bhi sardiyon mei,, subah 5:30 bajay
madad karo logo,,
subah uth jati hu,, par khirki se bahir dekhti hu to daant kat kat karne lagte hein,, nasha sa ho jata hai
aur zoorrrrr ki neend aane lagti hai
aur phir hum so jaate hein

main to subah sirf meditate kerta hun for 25 minutes.
exercise ka maza shaam ko hi ata he,kyunk shaam ko miss kerne ka chance ziada hota he

mera ek office colleague hai. Mashallah se 6 feet 1 inch height hai aur 113 Kg weight aur uss ka kahna hai ke yaar i am getting Smart. so, this comment encourage me to have some more Kgs
