Sound-fruits of God.

Endless Footprints

Life is a struggle, with pain and sorrow.
getting lost as I search for tomorrow.
Winding roads leading to so much despair,
I never realized God was always there.

So many times the wrong path was taken,
Lord, not once did you leave me forsaken.
Your presence unseen, your words unspoken,
each time I fell when my heart was broken.

Life's road stretched for miles without end,
unsure of the shadows around the bend.
Facing my fear and so much temptation,
decisions to make with contemplation.

A long journey as I stumbled along,
choices to be made, sometimes very wrong.
Never to get lost, for God's light was shone,
it showed me the way, so I could atone.   

There with me throughout my glory and pain,
with me every step through sunshine and rain.
Always beside me walking hand in hand,
two sets of footprints upon golden sand.

From The Shadows

On a path, two souls wandered.
Chance meeting was our destiny.
Brought me back from the shadows.
Bringing back the sunshine to me.

Compassion within each other.
We reached out and held on tight.
Many unexpected emotions.
Found a friendship of pure delight.

Within intermittent darkness.
We followed God's light together.
As we held on to each other.
Riding out such stormy weather.

Emotional roller coaster.
Cried a river, river of tears.
Sharing with my forever friend.
Many smiles amid the fears.

Dreaming in winter, missing you.
In springtime you still fill my heart.
A friendship full of faith and love.
No distance can tear it apart.

Stepping Stones
---------------------


God's stepping stones led me to the river,
so I could reach him on the other side.
My heart was searching for many answers,
there He was, His arms were open wide.

Walking on the stones across the river,
walking straight towards God's open arms.
I was heading for a lifetime of happiness,
finally escaping all of Satan's charms.

I kept looking down into the murky river,
praying Lord, don't let it swallow me.
I have waited a lifetime to find you,
a few more steps,then I'll walk with Thee.

My mind was thinking of my many burdens,
the Lord lifted each one to set me free.
As each stone brought me a little closer,
His loving arms, were all that I could see.

Reaching the last stone, I stood thinking,
my life was about to change forever more.
I leaped off the stone into His open arms
amen, for the strength to open God's door.

The road through life is long and winding,
God has stepping stones all along the way.
At the end of my journey, a new one began,
knowing God's great love, each and every day.

Sphere Of Life
--------------------


Sphere of life through holiness,
creation in the making.
Miracles abound within,
all evilness forsaking.

God's energy so commands,
mountains, prairies and green leas.
God's voice alone will produce,
rivers oceans and the seas.

God's plan for man's survival,
Adam and Eve's garden place.
Powers at work within His hands,
He begins the human race.

His will on Earth will sustain,
all that is or will be.
Ruler of the universe,
as far as the eyes can see.

This holy sphere named Earth,
now a planet with a core.
Flashing into existence,
from the nothingness before.

From the very beginning,
God brought forth all creation.
He laid plan with His powers,
with awe and contemplation.

Keep The Faith

It may seem darkest before the dawn,
but soon the sun will be shining bright.
Keep faith and hope in your tomorrows,
look to God and just follow His light.

He is the strength that will see you through,
the answer to all of your prayers.
It is to Him we give all our praise,
so pack up all your troubles and cares.

Each heavenly star is someones dream,
wish upon them, your dream may come true.
Count your blessings and say your prayers,
God will be there listening to you.

The love you feel will only strengthen,
God is your rock, your stability.
Rough patches in life will over turn,
as turmoil become tranquility.

So rejoice this too will come to pass.
let your belief in God be your guide,
Step by step bringing you together,
let His light be your comfort inside.

Peeks Of Sunshine

Sample my warmth said the sun one day,
filter through happiness in each ray.
Alter with sunlight our every mood,
frowns to smiles we change attitude.

Gracious are we for the sun's embrace,
dawn breaks through with a glow on our face.
Penetrates with exhilaration,
stimulates the imagination.

Nestled behind the clouds it does peek,
ready to bring the light we all seek.
Sunlight flickers on the ocean blue,
piercing it's depths, the light passes through.

Resplendence adrift across the skies,
sunbeams dancing on daydreaming eyes.
Sunrise and sunset and in between,
traveling light years just to be seen.

God created for our existence,
to bare the harsh winter resistance.
Never to fade that is for certain,
the sun peeks out behind this curtain.

Springtime Daze

There seems to be something in the air,
kind of hypnotic beyond compare.
Thoughts turn to lovers and other things
an essence abounds, as my heart sings.

Hearts start to flutter when boy meets girl,
as hormones erupt and start to swirl.
Life comes alive when springtime is near,
thoughts wander with memories held dear.

Children's laughter heard in the distance,
reminds us of our own existence.
Memories rush in of childhood play,
of daydreams and moonbeams come what may.

Senses overflow with anticipation,
challenges to meet with elation.
Renewal of spirit felt within,
a new season about to begin.

Cabin fever to be left behind,
clearing cobwebs from a dusty mind.
Inner thoughts burst with colors bright,
seasonal change of Heaven's delight.

Child Of Light
------------------


Light like wisdom shall lead the way,
Inhaling the darkness, whispering do not stay.
Streaks of a simple shade of grey,
Softly pleading for the black to go away.

When nothing filled me, I clung to pride.
My exterior looked strong while I crumbled inside.
This past year has been one long and soul crushing ride.
My heart ravaged and jaded feelings looking for someplace to hide.

Must black be so invasive?
All consuming and too pervasive.
Apathy unleashed has kept me restrained.
Numbness, my friend kept me contained.

Fornicating with the shade started feeling like sin.
For those who embrace darkness shall never win.
It's been cold and lonely where I have been.
I revel now in the warmth that dances upon my skin.

Dwelling in darkness gave my quite a fright,
In my heart I have no doubt I am a CHILD OF LIGHT.

Lovelight Shining
---------------------


Oh the ways of love in daily living,
feelings of the heart captured in one's life.
Love is not about taking, but giving,
can bring happiness, help others through strife.

Euphoria dancing on moonbeams high,
the feeling that you finally belong.
Overwhelming elation, makes us sigh,
love comes and uplifts and makes us feel strong.

The greatest gift of all, I have no doubt,
since the earth began and man created.
Seen and felt everywhere, just look about,
so many smiles, feeling elated.

Love knows no bounds, nor a distance too far,
to bring together two people in love.
For each has a lovelight, a shining star,
forever aglow in Heaven above.

Sprinkles of stardust fall upon our soul,
as love takes root our thoughts drift far away,
A life long connection making us whole,
never letting go, wanting it to stay.
