****BELIEVE IN LOVE****
Our whole life through we are taught to believe.
Believe in ourselves, in others;
believe in country and God.
Belief, an intangible,
introspective and emotional value
That guides us through our days,
our years, our life.
Believing in “LOVE” is
life’s most challenging road we travel.
Loving requires patience,
forgiveness, partnership and acceptance.
Trust, faith, an open heart and mind,
humor and lightheartedness,
All become the foundation on which love is based and shared.
We believe in God who offers us all these things
and more based on faith.
He gives us unconditional love,
even if we fall, and smiles when we soar.
Love is the greatest gift
we can give and the most precious gift to receive.
And at times it cannot be explained,
but we can have faith and believe.
My love for you cannot be placed in a box at Christmastime,
For there is not one large enough to hold it.
My love doesn’t come wrapped in shiny bows and
paper but through my heart.
No amount of money can buy it nor
can it be replaced if lost.
You ask why I love you and,
I try to explain in words and deeds,
But how do you explain your heart,
your soul to the one you love?
I love you in so many ways and for so many reasons.
You are the light in my life,
you give me hope in the future.
Your love gives me peace,
joy and fulfillment,
in good times and in bad.
You are my best friend,
my confidant; you complete me and my life.
Believe in love,
in our love for each other,
for all our days to come.
Give thanks that our lives have been blessed
with a love few ever know.
Protect it, nurture it and watch it bloom and
grow with God’s grace and love.
