question about SAIMA!

My aunty told me that the film actress Saima has got a son that is from.... that is from... SULTAN RAHI!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Is this tue or is it false. I kno she made films wih him but come of it she was very very young than him. Is this tru. and apparently her son wrks in dramas and my aunty has forgot his name.

Dont know about Saima having a son, but Sultan Rahi does have a son, dont know who the mother is, he is called Haider Sultan who does appear in drama serials, and has appeared in few films.
