Honest as the day is long,
know to lie is truly wrong.
Truth, we can not dispute,
character of great repute
Eyes that hide and masqurade
fraud at heart as lies invade.
Be veracious night and day,
do not deceive in any way.
Dishonesty brings shame,
web of lies, play mind games.
Words not meant, but pretend,
truth wins out in the end.
A sin for us to lie and cheat,
to live our lives with deceit.
Untruth has consequence,
simply wrong, has no defense.
