Feelings come and feelings go,
riding high or feeling low.
Today the sun is shining bright,
blesses me with such delight.

Deep inside there is a place,
longs to feel a warm embrace.
My heart feels blue, longs to see,
one I love in front of me.

Mixed emotions in my brain,
missing you I feel the pain.
Each day whirlwind in my mind,
leave the lonely night behind.

I try and smile this new day,
sunshine once more come my way.
Peaks and valleys seem to be,
ruler of feelings inside of me.
