just restore it, that's the best thing to do...[:D]

ok .. download the latest virus definitions and... scan ur computer... and ... if possible .. download .. the specific virus remover tools ... u might find them from ...

http://www.symantec.com or http://www.pspl.com ... even u can download the smallest anitvirus i've ever seen from www.pspl.com ... for ur specific machine.

never open any email from the person u never know :P
