Now, come to the Point......... waise mein JB pe aane se pahle ek aur site par chat katta thaa. balke bohat ziadah karta thaa. even female ban ke Blunder bhi kai aur abhi bhi kar raha hoon. magar limits mai. almostly wahaan ke sab MODs ko mein janta hoon but not as personally but as a Colleague or Chatter. once wahaan bara zoor ka jhagra hoa. baat bohat aagay tak nikal gai.

Mera yeah Idea hai ke in JB there must be few things change. like
there must be a Owner who has a Mature Behaviour, Broadmindedness and the mostly neediee cheez ke Cool Temper. ( i am going to remind i used term A Owner)
two Moderator.......which is i think Fragi & Yas are doing their job as good as anybody should.
and ........
Five Operators............which will change with the passage of time.(they should be temprory and should change every month)
more than 15 OPERATORS must be here as Volunteers. who has the Solid Reason that "why they are giving their best time here"
i think itna kaafi hai.
aur baaqi ki saari post mein ne nahi parhi. but ek baat mein jo add karna chahoon ga. a few days back mein ne kuch wrong may be type kar dia. jo i think Fragi bhaai ne mind bhi kia. but after that we both cleared the situation. mein tu Fragi ki side loon ga. bcoz he forget the matter as that was never. we both PMZ each others. aur baat saaf ho gai. aur ab post lambi ho rahi hai. last baat ke Fragi Aur Yas bilkul set hein."Man is a puppet of mistakes"
