Peer and Fakhir

Hi do you believe in peer and fakhir???
I mean the people who supposed to have special powers etc that they can write something ina rabic or give you these taweez etc.. to cure u or give u a bit of power be it increase ur mind, for protection etc...

do you believe?

if u wear a taweez or anythin of the kind and u dont believe in it

then it has no affect on u

but if u do believe in it then

for wat ever reason u wore it for it should get better
