hmmm,, okk one more thing ive been observing since few yrs
time to say it

Pak mei ab bohot log larkiyon ki studies pe zor dete hein,, kam se kam graduate to ab pak mei tareeban harr larki hai,, higher studies bhi karti hein

i met a lot of paki families (in pak, in uk, in france)
they sometimes introduce me to their daughters, daghters in law,, so proudly
"she s MA Eco.. MBA, studying Medical, double MA, Mphil,, etc etc"
Q : aur yeh sab karti kya hein ??
A : shadi ho gai hai,, ghar sambhalti hein

wait wait,,, im not saying aurat ko parhna nahi chaiye,
na hi yeh keh rahi hu k job karna bohooootttt zaroori hai
yeh bhi nahi keh rahi k bachon aur ghar ko chor k sirf prof life ki taraf dehan de

but
mujhe yeh lagta hai k, pehle jiss tarha larki ka khoobsurat, khoob-seerat, ameer etc etc hona zaroori tha,, ab uss ki degrees bhi sirf uss ki "value barhane" k kaam aati hein
that ur in-laws can present u so proudly to their relatives "k hamari bahu kittniiii parhi likhi hai"

hmmm,, meri soch galt ho sakti hai,,,
but i asked a question to a vvv old friend whose fiancee is mba, and after engagement woh ghar pe rehti hai,,, jawab yeh mila k na-mehram k saath job kaise kar sakti hai,,,
Q : hmmmm,,, na-mehram k saath woh parh bhi to rahi thi na

A : me kama sakta hu,, usse job ki kya zaroorat hai
Q : hmmm,, baat job ki nahi hai,, baat aik prof activity ki hai,, jo k sirf paison liye nahi ki jati,, khud ko kaar-amad banane ki baat hai
no answer,,

khair aik zyada important masla
these galz who know well k unhein parh likh k kuch bhi nahi karna,, y do they take place of other students ????
univ mei fixed number hote hein,, larki layak hai usse jaga mil gaya,,, larka parhai mei thora kam hai usse admission nahi mila,,,
but he could b get a better job agar uss ki jaga kissi larki ne nahi li hoti

abhi aur kehne ka mood nahi
ur turn now
(dont take me wrong,, im only talking abt galz who r concerned by this matter,, bohot si aisi larkiyan hein jo k ghar, bachon k saath apni studies / job bohot ache tareeke se chala sakti hein)

bari mushkil say itnaa laamba topic parha hai ..

mainey aur meri sister dono nay fsc k baad jaab agay admission laina tha .. abbu nay hum say aik baat ki thee k jis bhee field main jana hai chali jao.. main kabhee bhee tumharay bhaiyoon ko tum par priority nahi daina chahta ..

pehli baat larkay aur larkiyoon ko equal rights millay ..

i wanted to be a pilot .. laiken us ka mahool he kuch aisa hai k wahaan mujhay janay ki permission nahi mille.. so i opted for simple BA .. coz mera mind agay job ka nahi hai .. ziada say ziada i'll go for teaching .. im clear in my thoughts k mujhay agay kia kerna hai..

my sister opted for telecommunication engineering .. us ka agay job ka mind hai .. inshAllah wo karay ge bhee .. laiken being a gal ye problem hai k agay us k in laws usay kernay dein ya nahi .. laiken us ka mind bhee clear hai k agay us nay kia kerna hai ..

meri bohat se friends .. saab ko pata hai k agay kia kerna hai per wohi same problem being a gal hamain ye nahi pata k agay in laws walay kernay dein k nahi ..

my point is that k hamain apni fields k baray main bilkul clearity hai k agay kia kerna hai .. par ye conservative thinking .. parents.. in laws .. men domination .. is saab ka kia karein??

aur ye point k galz r unaware of the fields .. nahi i dunt think so .. coz the galz around me .. humain pata hai kaun kaun see field hai aur kaun see galz k liay ziada suitable hai aur agay is fields ka kia kia kaam hai ...

kaafi se larkiyaan just for the sake of their parents parh rahe hein .. abhee BA main meray sath aik frnd hai i asked her k us nay FSC (medical) kyun kia ... she said my parents wanted me to become a doctor .. us ka mind nahi tha is liay us nay agar medical ki field ko nahi select kia ..

this is not silly yaar .. idher bht he cheezon par larkiyoon ko COMPROMISE kerna perta hai .. app tu married hain tu app ko pata he hoga ..

larki ka job kerna shadi say pehlay he agar decided ho tu kam chalta hai baad main kam he larkiyoon ko permission millti hai .. main sab ki baat nahi ker rahee, majority ko baat ker rahe hon..

meray saamnay meri cousins, frnds k cases hein .. shadi sey pehlay aur shadi k baad ki life .. shadi k baad usually larkiyoon k paas time he nahi hota k apni education ko carry rakh sakain ya job ker sakein .. aur jo workinh women hein un ki life itni busy hoti hai .. k hardly wo manage ker paati hein..

my point is k larkiyoon ko parhna chahyee atleast itna k in case buray waqat main wo koi job wagira ker sakein ..

im married that y i know jahan khamkha k compromise hote hein woh log kabhi khush nahi rehte
kuch arse baad aik doosre ki shakal dekhna bhi gawara nahi hoti unn ko,, par majboori mei saath rehte hein

well,, shadi k baad koi khaas masroofiyat nahi hoti
pak mie majority gharon mei (atleast jinhein me janti hu) kaam karni waali aati hai,, and galz dont do anythinng sirf shayad khana pakana,, baki time sona, shopping karna,,
han par aik baat hai,, they r not organised at alll, apni MASROOOFIYAT ka rona aise rote hein jaise pata nahi konse pahaar torte honge

areyyy me yeh bilkul nahi keh rahi k larkiyon ko parhna nahi chaiye,, mera matalb sirf itna hai k degree ko decoaration piece nahi hona chaiye
i guess pak ki 55% pop females hein
yani k atleast 50% working power ko hum zaya kar dete hein
do u think hamara mulk aisi situation mei hai k hum itni bari galti karein
