well they mean that, the awards are of 2003, cos they give the awards after the year finishes, so they cant give 2004 untill next year, untill the year comes to an end.

no the largest in asia has been just built in peshawar, and this one is bigger, plus china's biggest shopping center which is under construction right now is smaller then both atrium and the peshawar one.
Malls are not the way to go!
