hi to all.

when i got to know tht thr's a controversy b/w some senior members of jb i thought its my responsibility to post some suggestions here.

first of all the members one by one have to clarify themselves n thr shudnt b any ego prob as we respect for all members.

secondly shudnt use harsh language by anyone(mem/admins.

thn thr shud b an open forum whr the members n admins can talk PEACEFULLY

also Admins have to warn the members before they decide to block them. atleast one warnning shud go forward.

and admin have to understand the thing that people come to forums to be relax n have fun.if thr will be misunderstandings like this, no one will like to join us.

we all have to respect all members n have patience to tolerate eachother.

Well I am here after a long time. Just bz in some of my eductaional, Professional and personal stuff.Well I see that some tension between some members. For refence I see a topic of doselph in FOS.

If anyone of u wants me to help sorting things out. I am always available for that.
