admins ji plz is matted ko as soon as possible solve ker lyen in proper way

ap yeh b dekhe na k ager jo members issue raised ker rahye hain woh kyon ker rahye hain n un main se kuch kafi old members hain
ab esa to nai na ho sakta ke bagher kisi waja k yeh satrt ker diya gaya ho
ab ager 5 yrs main pehle prblm nai hui and ab hui hai to us ki koi reason hai tu hoi hai




so its ma request
plz ap log time nikalyen aur solve this matter.....

ap log forum ko time dyen

and yeh zyada masla hua b isi waja se hai k ap log time nahi de pa rahye .....
n its natural k jub limited time k liye ayen gyen aur itne zyada kam honge to tackle kerne main prblm to ho gi


so also consider this as well

and raised voice for our right to ask

we used our FREEDOM OF SPEECH

members k prblm properly solve kero
with polite behaviour

na k harsh behaviour adopt kerte huye solve kero
is se solve nahi aur prblm creat hoga

admins is baat ko seriously le hi nahi rahye

un ke pass jahan tak mera khyal hia time ki kami bahut hai ......

And for kind information of Mods I lead the team and left just due to my educational commitments.

In that time issues was resolved in a decent way. Noone can claim that any of my teammate was harsh 2 them.

yup 100% agree

this behavior may b due to heavy work load. mean only one admin to tackle all the things.
managment circle is much high as compared to the forums n membrs. and most of the staff is coming to the JB but not working efficiently

beshak kam hon but effective hon

in the last
BEHAVIOR ko zyada consider keren

cuz as a mod or admin ap ka behavior thora sa b harsh hota hao tu lagta hia ke missuse of powers hai

MODS n ADMIN ka behaviour ab change ho chuka hia
n ager kaha jaye miss use of powers to kuch had tak theek hia .

criticism = to like member koi ghalti kerta hia forum per to us ki post ko sahi kia jata hia us ko batay jata hai to bilkul isi tarhan mod n admin se b ghalti ho sakti hai
so ager un ki ghalti ho to face kerni chahye
na k yeh keh ker baat ko dabana chahye ke mod n admin ko kuch nahi kaha jaye ga
is tarhan to sirf mod n admins hi reh jayen gyen sirf.. and aj kal kuch hai b esa hi.
aur reason yehi k bus mems ki prblms solve nahi ki ja rahi jaldi se jaldi us ko dabane ki try ki ja rahi hia
and yeh sirf ho 2 reason ki waja se sakta hia
1. mems ki baat ka ans nai . itna time nahi
2. apni seat bachane ki nakam koshish.

and mngmnt team ka circle b thora chota kerna chahye ... i think

talli aik hath se nahi bajti...

in the LAST: yeh sub mera open n neutral opinion and observation hai.
kisi ki taraf dari nai aur kisi se dushmani nai
cuz na to mera koi topic move kia gaya na mujhe ban kia gaya.so is main esa koi chaker nahi

yeh sab HELP DESK per mems n mod/admin ke replies read ker ke observe kia hia.

mngmnt side kuch down ja rahi hia so plz wakeup
n do some thing
