*jab Hum kisi ko Respect daingay,In return woh Bhi hamain Respect daingay But sab say pehlay hamain Khud apni Izzat karna Seekhni hogi. Like agar Hum ghalat hain and we need some flexibility or change,hamain woh change lana chahiye.Kyunki woh change hamaray haqq main behter hain. Dosro ki Advise or Rai ko With Respect suniye .
