apologetic for replying late. was away from the city actually.
off crs hearing of right ear is almost over. i listen only from left ear. but that too is effected.
last evening i met a very senior ENT surgeon in Ali medical complex islamabad. he after doing my audiometry and tympanometry declared that CHOLESTEATOMA does not exist as yet but can be there if proper cure of MIDDLE EAR EFFUSION is not taken. he advised me to get GROMMETS insurted in my ear drums by surgery. again surgery???
so , now the state is that my right ear has frequent discharge, sometime yellowish and sometimes brownish in colour with really pungent smell. pain is not too frequent, but sometimes. left ear is also effected but listens well ,no discharge no pain. but doc says that if i do not get the grommets insurted , fate of my left ear will also be same like the right one.
now i am confused whether i have to get treatment for middle ear effusion due to poor Eustachian tube function or Cholesteatoma?

1- Thuja 1000
2- Silicia 1000

and believe me i have full faith in it. i ve undergone homeopathic medication once before also by a lahore based homeo dr named Anis 8 years back for nasal congestion and it did well to me. so i have an exposure. moreover i am twice an effectie of surgery so i am grateful for your interest.
sooner i start the medicine, i ll inform you . there is a good store here in islamabad from where i can get SCAWABE'S medicine.

Daily Calorie Needs

Your daily calorie needs depend upon a variety of genetic and environmental factors, including: age, gender, metabolism (metabolic rate), activity level and body weight/size. Before you calculate your daily calorie needs, please note:

1. Calorie needs peak during your mid-twenties, then decline at about 2 percent per decade. So if, at 25, you need 2300 calories per day, by 35 you need only 2254 calories. This reduction in calorie needs is due partly to an increase in body fat percentage that comes with age. Fat is less metabolically active than lean muscle tissue and 'burns' fewer calories.

2. Men have calorie needs 5-10 percent higher than women. Again, this is due to their higher percentage of lean muscle tissue. The exception is pregnancy, when a woman's calorie needs rise (on average) by 300 calories per day when pregnant, and 500 calories per day when breast-feeding.

3. Although weight loss is theoretically determined by calorie intake, it is best to reduce calories to no more than about 1200 calories per day. Go lower and your metabolism (metabolic rate) slows down and burns fewer calories. Why? Because it thinks food is scarce and thus tries to maintain body weight by making energy (calories) go further.

4. The basic rate at which you burn calories - your metabolic rate - is inherited. Some people inherit a faster metabolism, some people inherit a slower metabolism. Fortunately, you can raise your metabolic rate by increasing your exercise.

For Last three days..I am getting RED SPOTS on my skin..
I though some KHATMAL...But Strange thing si this. I found One on My Left Hand's Finger, One On Hand, One on Kalayee,,, One On Right Kalayee, And Two Arround Neck...

This is a starnge thing bcoz Nothing is on whole Body except these places..

Is it CHHAPAKI...or something else...

Please tell me CURE...I am seriuos
